Inspection services

The inspection services include, e.g., technical assistance, design verification, qualification of welders and welding procedures, material testing, third party inspections in-shop and on-site. The inspections are conducted in compliance with applicable requirements and codes, e.g.ASME Code.

Inspecta gives technical assistance in risk-based inspection, and confirms follow-up plans of pressure vessel maintenance.

Inspecta’s personnel is experienced in all types of pressure systems of paper pulp mills, such as recovery boilers and power boilers, evaporation and fibre line units, paper dryers, etc. They know energy generation facilities - both the implementation of the newest innovations and the construction of giant-size power plants have been subjected to their inspections.

Inspecta has participated in many open field and multi-supplier projects worldwide.
